Every job is a trade between detail and coverage. Low and slow finds a lifted shingle. High and wide maps forty acres before lunch. Drag the slider to see how one photo changes with height, up to the 400 foot legal ceiling for Part 107 flights.
Figures assume a 1-inch, 20 MP sensor (5472 × 3648 px, 8.8 mm lens) pointed straight down. Angled and orbit shots cover more ground at lower sharpness.
Most jobs go from first message to finished files inside one week. Rush slots are available.

Yes. Our pilots hold the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, which is required for any commercial drone work in the United States. When a property sits inside controlled airspace near an airport, we obtain LAANC authorization before the flight. Every mission stays at or below 400 feet above ground level.
We do not fly in rain, sustained winds above about 20 mph, or poor visibility, because the footage suffers and the aircraft is at risk. If a flight window closes, we move to the next open slot at no charge and let you know as early as we can, usually the day before.
No. As long as we have access to the property and any gate codes, we can fly without you. Many agents book us while the home is being staged. You are always welcome to be on site if you would like to see it.
You get a private download link with full-resolution files and web-sized versions. You own the deliverables outright with no watermarks, no recurring license, and no restrictions on where you post them. We keep a backup for 12 months in case you need a re-download.
No. Our parcel maps and boundary overlays are drawn from county GIS data and are accurate enough for marketing, planning, and understanding a property. They are not a legal survey. For a recorded boundary you still need a licensed land surveyor, and we are happy to provide our orthomosaic to one.
Standard pricing covers properties within our service area. Beyond that we add a flat mileage fee quoted up front, and we regularly combine trips for multi-property days with agents and builders.
